Two years ago, I choose this CubeSmart facility based on the location but more importantly the reviews! I recently moved out but had to share my experience. Tom and his team did not disappoint! I choose a climate controlled storage. My storage building and the grounds around the storage facility was ALWAYS CLEAN! Tom and his team always treated me and anyone they came in contact with the utmost respect and professionalism. I never had any problem with insects, bugs or rodents. I always felt at ease because I knew that Tom was making his rounds to take good care of belongings. If you are looking for a storage facility that is clean and provides top notch customer service. This is the place for you! If I ever need a storage facility again. I would definitely come back to this location. A big thanks to Tom and his team!

The manager at this location is very kind and understanding. We won a storage unit in an online auction, but to our surprise, the photos didn't match the actual unit. However, the manager was very nice and did everything he could to resolve our situation. The only downside was that we couldn't get the specific storage unit we had won, but the customer service was excellent. Mr. Tom is a sweetheart. God bless his ��️🫂
