This storage facility is awesome. Cindy was outstanding and made sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. Honestly, without her the place would still be fine—but she’s what makes it stand out. The process was smooth, the facility is well run, and they have plenty of carts available so you’re not waiting around or fighting for one. I definitely recommend this place.

The property manager (I believe her name is Cindy) was very helpful and professional. She helped me transfer my storage lease from one unit to another and had a really great attitude and sense of humor. Only thing I could say is that maybe a second person on staff would be very helpful as she was interrupted by several other customers while helping me. But she handled it very well, and got everyone taken care of. Also the prices I understand will go up at some point, wish the actual price or the price it will eventually be was more upfront and you could say "this is the price for the first 3 months. After that, it will go up by x amount" just suggestions. But the property is very clean and well kept, I'd recommend to others
