My recent interaction with the new District Manager Mesha at Public Storage was nothing short of exceptional. What I expected to be a standard, transactional experience about on par with any typical storage facility turned into something that felt closer to a five-star resort experience. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled seamlessly, with clarity and respect, and I left feeling valued rather than processed. If this is the standard being set moving forward, Public Storage is operating on an entirely different level.

This specific location needs to thank Skippy and Skippy alone! I was highly upset with the customer service until Skippy solve my concerning issue. I pray for good people like him, and now I recommend anyone to come at this location. You have your bad apples here and there, but when you find out that good fruit does produce on this land, we should honor the soil that nourished it. If you’re reading this Skip, I truly appreciate you my brother. Without a shout of an doubt this location needs you!

I recently came to your location with my wife and your Representative at the time was Elsie. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. So knowledgeable it made our experience moving here way easier to choose the size and time for our unit. I usually don’t make reviews but I had to regarding the help Elsie gave us. Chyneen is no longer at this facility so all the 5 stars came when she was here. The new management is bringing this facility to ruins. The gate was broken for days, the entry door was open, one elevator didn’t work for a week and was full of trash, and the restrooms are always locked. The staff is rude to the customers (especially the KTP), short tempered, condescending, verbally aggressive and not willing to meet customers’ needs. Even the District Manager does not reply to the complaints. There is no pro-rated rent. You pay on the 1st for the whole month and if you have to leave on the 15th, you get no refund. The facility is therefore packed on the 1st and you are lucky if you find the parking or the carts. At last, if you come around 6-7am there are people leaving the facility on foot with backpacks on their backs and you find left over breakfast wraps in the hallways.
