Jeff G. Has been an awesome help!!! since I moved to Texas 12 yrs ago. I’ve had many storage units all over DFW. And, countless problems with various companies. When a new company took over the company who owned my unit I was expecting a continuation of those issues. However, Jeff himself has gone above and beyond to service, assist, and make my life much easier. From lowering my high bill to giving extended “grace periods” anytime I’ve ever had an issue Jeff’s response has always been: “How can I help” he is not just an employee but a friend to the customer. Jeff and his professional demeanor are 100% the reason I continue business with this company. I live almost 2hrs away from my unit. But, I keep my unit because I know my belonging are safe and secure. And, if I were to ever have an issue. I “KNOW” I can rely on Jeff to offer a “fair” and “appropriate” solution. He has restored my faith in “Good People” and I am beyond grateful for all that he has “personally” done.

I enjoy the convenience of this location. I used this storage facility before it became Extra Space Storage (previously Storage 365). I did not appreciate extra storage space jacking up the price of my unit. And if extra space storage acquires a storage space near you, anticipate rate hikes. However, one of the few redeeming qualities is the manager, Jeff here. He's chill, respectful, and great customer service.
