I Saw a recent bad comment about this location and had to come back up Taylor AND Ashley. Yes the company public storage is a pain with the problems they have they 100% rasie the rent but all you have to do is call one of the great managers at this store and they will help with ANY issue. Taylor Alone has helped me with rate issues, property issues, etc and she assures every time we have a problem to just call. I have always seen them both on property cleaning and helping customers and have never had an issue reaching anyone but i guess we all see our own problems with anything. So YES warning you the company public storage not so good could be better but this location will make sure you are taken care of from start to finish no matter the issue. I want to thank Taylor for the great customer service she gave the other day when I came to add a unit!

Storage facility is very clean. Previous issues with wireless entry have been resolved. Taylor is a very good manager. When I have had questions in the past, she has been quick to resolve them. Facility gets 5 stars. Taylor gets 5 STARS.

I absolutely love this place! It is by far the best storage I have ever used! My family and I feel secured and also our stored possessions. Taylor has been such a blessing to us. Taylor was very welcoming and very attentive and helpful. She did a walkthrough with us, and was very supportive and patient as we made our final decision. She also went over and beyond on another trip with some boxes we purchased. She personally came and put them in my truck. Taylor is what I consider a true star ⭐️ player!!! Her work ethics are amazing!!! Taylor if you see this we definitely appreciate you dearly!! I recommend this storage to all! Go see Taylor she is the best!!

Had a great experience stashing my stuff; retrieval was easy peasy. And the cost was reasonable! I ended up talking with a couple of people who were polite and helpful. Highly recommended!!
