My experience was great as I had to change my storage unit to a bigger size at the last minute. Brittany was very helpful through the whole process and very knowledgeable with my questions I had. I would definitely say Extra Space is a great storage facility.

I wish I could remember the ladies name working the desk. But she was awesome!! I still feel bad she had to sit there and go through a photo album with Jerry. But she was great with answering questions, figuring things out and over all she was great! If you're reading this review ma'am, again I apologize lol, but thank you so much!
