Kayleigh is the best asset to cube smart. I moved to this location 1 yr ago after 1 day manager kayleigh was working at the cube smart I was using in little elm and she was the only worker to ever willingly help me the 2 yrs I was their. She said she worked the Louisville one and I made the best decision to go find her store. I have been their ever since. Kayleigh goes out of her way to always help me and other renters more then necessary or more then her job requires cause she genuinely cares for people which you don't see that any more in the world. I said to her i want to talk to your bosses to tell them how loved an cherished she is by all the customers their cause when she is off work people will wait for her to come back to get her help or to talk to her. my unit neighbor is in real estate and she said she always refers her clients buying or selling homes to this cube smart only for manager kayleigh that she trusts to not let her down. She didnt give me her bosses number so I hope the bosses read this review cause she is really humble and will never admit or boast about how much she does for everyone and how much she goes above and beyond the expectations for all the people their. The other lady is nice to and I see her helping manager Kayleigh often. This is the best place if you need storage because you can. Always count on the managers and its clean.

Michele at CubeSmart was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. The facility is clean, well-organized, and you can tell customer service really matters here. Michele answered all my questions patiently and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this location, and if you can, ask for Michele she’s great!

Nice facility with reasonable prices. The climate controlled units are the best choice considering how hot Texas gets in the Summer. I especially appreciate Michelle in the front office. She figured out some issues I was having with online reservations and was extremely helpful with the many questions I had.
