RATS!!! RATS EVERYWHERE!! We rented a climate controlled unit here for less than 2 months and the hallways and our unit were riddled with rat feces! Rats even ate through some of our belongings. Very disappointed here- we had to move to another storage facility and incurred additional expenses we shouldn’t have. This would have been helpful to know prior to moving our belongings in.

Danielle is amazing! I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in a long time. She took her time with me, was extremely patient, and made sure I fully understood everything—especially the storage size. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed. Thank you Danielle! For making me feel safe and welcomed. I did my rental online, as I was moving in I saw her making her rounds. After a stressful few days I’m grateful I was met with such a great energy. And she was able to answer all of my questions. Do not store your property here, all of my items got completely covered in mold and the employee told me it was due to the managers ignoring concerns of a broken thermostat. The insurance that they make you get doesn’t cover mold and the facility has done nothing to accommodate the loss. Called and asked to speak to a district manager and have not heard anything back. Very unethical, do not store your things here, if you cherish them. Update: This is my 2nd review, after leaving my review yesterday, I got an call this morning from an public storage employee, I was not able to answer the call but she did leave a voicemail, stating that she got in trouble by her superiors for giving me too many details about the negligence that caused the mold!! Yet, I still have not received any calls from her superiors in regards to this matter! Public storage lacks integrity! Please do not store your things here to avoid all that I’m going through within this situation, I wish I could attach the voicemail so that everyone can hear the stress in the employees voice about her getting in trouble due to giving me the information. I am now seeking legal action, please avoid this location!
