I had a great experience at public storage today. Andrea helped me figure out what unit works best for me. She was very professional and she made me feel like she really cared about all my needs. The other associate Angela was also professional and polite. The entire facility was really clean, from the rest rooms to the units. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I will gladly refer anyone that needs a storage unit to here.

I recently transferred units with Public Storage and I noticed a bill charged to my account. I was paid up for the entire month so when I saw this had to be in error. I spoke to the regional manager and he instantly removed the charge no questions asked. My new location at Public Storage has been a great relationship so far. Professional and friendly staff, clean, accommodating and accessible.

She was the one who answered my phone call yesterday and she was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable on the different units and ways to reserve units. She explained every detail clearly, helped me choose the right unit for my needs, and made the entire process quick and stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way Alice does especially at a storage where people are in and out so quick. I’m relieved to be able to renovate my house and know my valuables are kept safe with employees who know what is going on.
