Sharelle was great with our phone rental set-up. I'll give her a 5 star rating. When I actually visit the facility, I hope I can say the same! Update: Smooth check in at the facility. App worked wonderfully to access gate, unit was clean and I'm very satisfied!

I chose this place because of the reviews and I had the worst customer service experience. From day one from arrival my pass code and access did not work due to their system. Yet I was treated as an inconvenience and as if it was my fault. In the beginning I had to go in to get a IT ticket and after I left NO ONE would call me back I had to call many times and finally had to leave a message expressing frustration. Finally after that message I started getting call backs right away. This went on for a while. Finally it was fixed the only thing that didnt work and never really did was the gate opening from my phone. At this point I did not want to deal with these people anymore I literally had to get a storage space due to a horrible rental situation so I was already stressed on top of this experience. I ended up needing to upgrade to a larger unit. I rented a truck and had people coming in from out of town to help me. I received a call saying everything was good to go. I get there and again NOTHING worked. I wad locked out and NO ONE would answer the phone it was on a Saturday after 2pm. They had left for the day and no back up situations like this so beware. I ended up on the phone with corporate and the very thing that took weeks to fix the first time took 5 mins to fix over the phone. Corporate provided me better customer service than they did in my case. I finallt got a call back from them on the following Monday. Had I not called corporate I would have been locked out all weekend.I would have lost my deposit on my truck and my help only had that weekend available. They did apologies like they always did however apologies without change is empty. Their apologies were never followed up by action nor change the same thing kept happening over and over with no follow through to make sure it didn't happen again and then they treated me like the inconvenience due to their system. The only reason I received a $25 credit was because I had to ask for it only to be met with the response of " well you technically still had access" what kind of response is that? I only had access to the building at one point because they had a side door that never locks and only the gate worked in the beginning. I was paying for full access and convenience and only part of it was provided. On top of that they were horrible at call me back in the beginning. The first temporary gate code didn't work fully either. So I do not recommend this storage facility due to their customer service. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because at the end when I finally moved out it was quick and easy.

Good storage facility. App sometimes does not connect to Bluetooth but always will give you the code. Climate controlled def. works. I put a mobile thermostat in there for a year and high of 82, low of 63, which is great! Locks, gates, and doors work very well and not hardly crowded every. I may have seen one or 2 people there the several times I was there. They have surveillance so I feel I am better protected.
