This company"s employees stole out of my unit and did not give me the proper notice of when of when they were going to sell my property where they were going to sell it and it was a day after Christmas. Then they have the nerve to say you will have to pay them for the remaining balance. The manager never called me to discuss the issue. They sold it quickly to cover up the fact that I was filing a insurance claim also it had federal documents in there which is against the law. Possible aggravated Identity theft.

Oh my god she’s the best!!! I don’t know her name but she short she can out to try to help me with my jam door someone hit my storage door and I could not get in my daughter was so upset I was upset, but she handled it with great customer service. The police came out, made a report. I was trying to move my stuff out to not get charged. She closed out my account for me and still allowed me to come back to get my items and understood the situation and that the person could not make it to open The door person would have not made it for another hour and I had to get to work thank you thank you thank you thank you you are a great person. Great location!!!!! I wish I knew her name but she is very short and nice .. thank u again !!!

I went to this location because, I wanted to see if the customer service and area was better than prior locations i have used. After speaking with Miranda, she did not hesitate to help or answer any questions that I had. She was very knoweldgeable and was glad to help with whatever i needed to meet my needs.Miranda's customer service skills are impecable.

Rose was wonderful! I had her walking all over the place and she did not even complain with a smile on her face! I like her aura and she is in a great mood each time I see her! Love when I see her working! ;)

Had to get a unit to store a bunch of my work stuff....man I love this place they make it so easy it's a very easy and pleasant experience dealing with public storage rather then the mom and pop one I use to use
