The Cube Smart that we’ve been with for 10++ years was recently purchased by Extra Space Storage. We had never met nor conversed with the previous owners and were anxious regarding the ballooning monthly rents we were being charged. We had made the financial decision to vacate our units. When Extra Space took ownership we received a call from Andrew to introduce himself as a manager. We were in shock: a face and name for our location?!? Andrew is beyond any doubt the most professional, knowledgeable and caring interaction we’ve had with storage rental. He gets the paperwork finished, returns calls and works with customer schedules to ensure success. We are grateful to Andrew and Extra Space (for hiring him)…and yes we will stay precisely where we are due to folks like Andrew.

Long time standing customer, for months the elevator was out and when trying to reach the manager she only returned the phone call once to say that she was real busy and never heard from her again after several attempts and staff 'claiming' they reached out to her. As a climate-controlled facility, they do not go based on whether it feels warm or cold inside more so on preset calculations. However, Alan was gracious enough to adjust the temperature whenever I had to spend long time working inside the unit. Charlotte tries to be helpful but does not adjust the temperature like Alan did. In these semi cooler temperature the gauge will not kick on leaving the halls a bit stuffy and wondering why the extra cost for climate control. So you are basically standing there in stale temperature. I also got dislodge from one unit by accident and was supposed to hear from them the following morning and I haven't received a response to my calls. I paid days ago for my unit yet I'm still getting emails saying that I owe.
