No problems with them so far,not sure if security cameras work so can't say anything about that .. only issue I had so far is just the upkeep on the property. I had weeds up to my knees growing right in front of the entry way...as did alot of the unit's so I had a little gas left in my mower and decided to cut all the property till It ran out of gas... no big deal but that's the only issue.. tha being said if you guys need a grounds keeper or security I'm walking distance to the place . Did matinace for couple years at plaza square so just putting it out there if needed

Edit: This is still an on going problem I have not been given the refund I asked for. They gave me a refund after I had to file a complaint with the BBB I rented a unit 3 weeks ago and still have not been able to get on property past their gate. It takes them days to call me back. Don't waste your time or money with them.

I have had my unit over 6+years. I must say with this whole new MANAGEMENT things are soooo much better. I love how friendly and prompt the staff is. I'm happy to know new improvements are coming soon.😊
