⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Yvonne and Victoria. They were both incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Yvonne went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and Victoria was just as helpful and attentive throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful experience easy and pleasant. Outstanding customer service—highly recommend this location!

The people who work here are nice and helpful. However, as noted in other reviews, the facility has ongoing problems. There are regular ongoing issues with the doors and elevators. More importantly, extraspace pricing is bait and switch. They off super low intro rates then in just a few months the dramatically increase prices. For example, I have had my unit for about 4 months and I just got a notification they are increasing my rate from 155 to 233. That is a 51% increase. When I go online and check their prices for a similar unit the "web rate" is 110 and if you go into the office it is 200. This is just not this location it is what extraspace does. Public Storage does the same.

Veronica and Yvonne were super sweet and gave plenty of information throughout the entire process which made things easy to understand and sign up for. Location itself was clean and nice. When it says temperature controlled I feel it's a bit deceptive though. Individual units have no lights or temperature control to them, you only get the light and ac coming in from the hallways when your unit is open. If you're in there for more than five minutes it can get pretty hot and stuffy, especially if you're moving stuff around and doing physical work. In terms of price, my first month required adding insurance and also a fee for signing up which quickly added up. I ended up paying $90 for a $29 unit and then $40 the following few months with insurance included. Although this was adding up quickly, it was still low enough for my needs. After two or three months I got a letter in the mail saying my promotional price was expiring soon and I would start to get charged $58 plus insurance. This would probably come out to around $69 per month. I ended up moving out immediately as that's $40 more than I expected to pay a month. So basically; location was clean and well maintained, ladies at the front office were absolutely lovely, super informative, and helpful. Extra Space Storage as a company though....I might try out a different option if I'm looking for storage. If you're looking to get a unit really consider how valuable your stuff actually is and if it's worth all the fees and price increases. (It's probably not)
