One of the most amazing little hole in the wall storage units I've ever had. The pleasure of renting the young lady I have spoken with on the phone several times has some of the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. Patient knowledgeable, willing to go above and beyond to help and make sure that everything is exactly the way the customer wants it without breaking any rules or getting herself in any trouble. Kind of thing. Extremely accommodating. Extremely nice. Extremely customer oriented. I haven't had the pleasure of speaking with any of the management yet, but I probably will shortly just to get to know who all I'm running from. I've already over the phone, met at least one of their staff members and if their choice of staff member is any reflection on management, it is going to be an absolute Joy and pleasure to work with them as well 😁

STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFFS AND READ THE FOME PRINT!! SHADY CON ARTISTS AND UNITS FLOOD. They will claim in response to policies are clearly stated but they are NOT. This is a storage unit not an apartment, notice has never been needed at reputable storage facilities. I would have even been ok with a reasonable fee but a 155 months rent?! They offer you a great deal to move in but do not tell you you need to give them 30 days notice or you have to pay for another month at a reduculous rate. You know?...Cause everyone knows exactly when they are moving etc. Pretty sure they're website said cancel anytime. I also told them when I reserved unit and when I called to rent DaVinci lock that I was only needing unit for two months. But they claimed "they have no record of that and kept my deposit as last months rent despite van being moved out and unit left in same condition as move in. Currently having my attorney look into this because can only imagine how many people they have taken advantage of like this. I am a business owner and would never treat my customers like this. Also bring gloves doors are rusty and do not work well Location: In the middle of nowhere Customer service: scam artists and dishonest Facility condition: unit flooded doors rusted DaVinci lock that I had to pay for very corroded rough to use needs to be lubricated Security: seems to be only security I seen was them booting cars left and right.
