Nichole, the attendant, was very friendly and helpful. She helped me set up my account online. She showed me exactly where my unit was. They have Climate controlled units. You also need codes to enter the property, and again to enter the building. They provide you with a lock and keys. I’m very satisfied with my choice and would recommend Public Storage.

I had never used a storage unit before, and this is definitely my first and last time. I don't intend to switch to another brand or company because of how easy it is, and you don't have to talk to anyone. Once everything is set up, everything is done through the app, which is super easy to use.

I have used this facility several times. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff has always been great in the past. However, my last stay here was for a little over 6 months and was a disaster. In that time I lost half of my belongings. There was an ac leak in a neighboring unit that I was never informed about. The water went into my unit soaking and molding everything touching the floor for many months. If I had just been informed I could have saved many thousands of dollars worth of furniture and sentimental belongings.
