Not happy

There was no one in the office to help us check in. The time was 5:30 PM. Only one elevator was working and there was someone else wanting to us it. We were both on the second floor. This delayed us from putting our belongings in the unit. I was told that this problem has been the same for months. Not a good start.

Great Customer Service

Had looked at 3 other facilities and this location was my last stop. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, security and helpful employees! The process took less than 15 minutes, the units are easily accessible. I really appreciate Adriannaﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s professionalism and expertise!

She went above and beyond to help us secure additional space for our home goods, and at a more affordable rate than we expected. You want to experience the best customer service, cleanest property and perfect location, then this Public Storage is the one you’re searching for. The stars aligned today and we were fortunate to meet Adriana. She assisted us with every single detail we needed to know and took us on a tour to find just the perfect unit. Her attitude and general concern for us was outstanding. We hands down selected this property because of her excellent customer care! I highly recommend this property for anyone interested and looking for a safe place to secure your goods. A+++ (Oh and I wasn’t paid to share this, I’m generally so impressed!) 👍🏻❤️

I've been using this public storage for at least 4 years now and I have never had any problems besides the prices going up lol I have not had any problems Andrea is very professional the place is always clean it is very secure my children always have to use the bathroom there when we're going through storage and it's always clean and up kept Andrea gets top stars for her professionalism. I would definitely recommend this public storage.🙂
