Stephen at Public Storage was absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly, extremely helpful, and made the entire setup process smooth and easy from start to finish. He gave us a tour of the facility and personally walked us through how to get in and find our unit, which we really appreciated. The facility itself is very clean and feels secure. Excellent customer service all around — Stephen truly made this a great experience!

Stephen is amazing!!! He helped me get two units basically right next too each other. Awesome customer service! Will 100% recommend this location with the caliber of customer service, friendliness, courteous, professionalism. He made the process seamless, quick and efficient. This is the location off of city base in San Antonio, TX. Give this man a raise!!!

I’ve been trying for a couple of days to get on here and write this review, and honestly, it’s long overdue. The manager, Ms. Peitra, at this location truly deserves to be recognized. She has consistently greeted me with kindness and has provided excellent customer service every single time I’ve spoken with her—whether in person or over the phone. She is also amazing at multitasking; she’s always on the move, taking care of customers and handling business with ease. I’m writing this now because I recently needed to make a change to my account, which required calling the office. It was difficult to get through after multiple attempts, so I left a voicemail. I did receive a call back quickly, but due to heavy static on the line, I couldn’t understand most of the message—and then the call abruptly dropped. Shortly after, I received a call from Ms. Peitra’s personal cell phone. She explained that their phone lines were having issues due to internet support problems and apologized for the inconvenience. I explained my situation, and she immediately offered to help. She patiently walked me through each step, explained what I needed to do, and made sure I understood everything clearly. She truly took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me find the best solution for my needs. Ms. Peitra goes above and beyond, and her dedication deserves recognition. 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While looking for a new place to store for my small business, I ran into Susan and also Destiny at two different locations. These two stood out to me for some reason. I thought I should share my experience. Regardless of the property I choose. I still have a few more properties that I want to look at. Right off the back conversation was good but I could not believe how ghetto Destiny was. Her talk her look and attitude said it all. Fortunately for me I ran into Susan and she immediately took control and made my life such a pleasure. She answered any questions that I had. I’m leaving this review here because I have looked at a couple different properties and I think I might have found the right one for me. Thank you Susan and public storage.

This place has a pricing scam going on. My move in went smoothly paying $122.00 for three weeks. The following month it went to $149.00 which I understood to be my permanent rate. The very next month it went to $186.00 When I questioned the manager she said $149.00 was my "move in price." She nor anyone else ever mentioned this. Fast forward three months to January 2026. My monthly rate is now $259.00. From $149.00 all the way to $259.00 from September 2025 to the end of December 2025. When I called she said I was sent an email about the price increase which I never received. She also said she'd lower my rate $20.00 for 3 months beginning in February, but that I'd be back to $259.00 after that. This pricing carousel is very frustrating and $259.00 is way overpriced. This is a classic "Bait and Switch" tactic if I ever saw one. Beware...
