You don’t find the level of service that she provides much anymore and when you receive it, it’s so appreciated!!! A gem!

I had a first time experience today with DeAnna at 8630 Broadway, and giving her a 5 star rating is not enough!! She is so personable which I love because I am as well so the conversation started off great. She took on my problem and turned it into a super savings event in a matter of minutes. All of it was totally unsolicited, and left me in awe. In addition, she was so helpful in so many other areas and did it all with a smile, kindness, and a sense of humor that I rarely experience in places like this. I am "old school" in many areas such as wanting written receipts and not being able to do too much on a computer....she completely understood. I am so happy with today's meeting DeAnna, and I think she deserves a praise and a raise!!! Thank you so much....Mary Ann G.

My biggest reason for giving a one star is because we have two storage units here, and somehow, we went from paying the monthly prices to almost triple them! For instance, we have a 10 x 20 unit and are now paying 397 a month for that one. We even got it at the 50% off price to start off with a few years ago paying only like, $78 a month?! Other than that, the start of renting was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful! Now, not so much... :(
