Different $ from the ad

While that facility is clean, cool and well maintained with office personnel that are courteous and helpful, it would be good if your prices matched your advertisements. We showed up with a rate that was supposed to be $3/mo less and the first month half off. Yet that rate was not obtainable, showed the clerk the rate on line with my phone, he called his manager who told him that the advertised rate was not what they were charging. I had the choice of going elsewhere or accepting the new rate after I'd spent a substantial amount of my time filling out forms.

The facility was clean and what impressed me the most was your agent, Mona. She is SO customer service oriented. Once I met her, I knew I had found the place to store my household goods while we do a bit of home remodeling.

DeAnna at the 8630 Broadway Public Storage location in San Antonio TX is the BEST!! She was pleasant, patient and informative. She helped us choose the best unit for our needs. Absolutely a gem. You don’t find the level of service that she provides much anymore and when you receive it, it’s so appreciated!!! A gem!

I had a first time experience today with DeAnna at 8630 Broadway, and giving her a 5 star rating is not enough!! She is so personable which I love because I am as well so the conversation started off great. She took on my problem and turned it into a super savings event in a matter of minutes. All of it was totally unsolicited, and left me in awe. In addition, she was so helpful in so many other areas and did it all with a smile, kindness, and a sense of humor that I rarely experience in places like this. I am "old school" in many areas such as wanting written receipts and not being able to do too much on a computer....she completely understood. I am so happy with today's meeting DeAnna, and I think she deserves a praise and a raise!!! Thank you so much....Mary Ann G.

My biggest reason for giving a one star is because we have two storage units here, and somehow, we went from paying the monthly prices to almost triple them! For instance, we have a 10 x 20 unit and are now paying 397 a month for that one. We even got it at the 50% off price to start off with a few years ago paying only like, $78 a month?! Other than that, the start of renting was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful! Now, not so much... :(
