Shioban has been a great help at this public storage location. My mom has trouble making payments and pulling up transactions online so she likes to come in person to the location and although she can be a handful, Shioban has been a great help in making the visit warm and welcoming as well as answering all questions and concerns she may have. I would recommend this location and the customer service is stellar.!
