Kelsey NewmanSteve is honestly amazing. I saw other reviews before booking about how awesome Steve was and that was a big seller for me. Turns out they were all right! He was kind, helpful, patient and professional! The facility itself is clean, and spacious and everything I was looking for in a storage unit. The location itself was also a big selling point for me because its close to my new residence, but between the great customer service and location - my dad even got himself a unit! My dad is an older gentlemen and needed a little more patience and help, and Steve was kind and wonderful with him. Definitely recommend. 20 out of 10 stars

My Jeep died while at the storage unit, and he so graciously jumpstarted it for me. He also let me borrow a flashlight to see inside my storage.

Complete bait and switch. They draw you in with low rates, and once you have loaded in, they start raising rates. Attendant said that is because they know it is a hassle and costly to relocate your belongings elsewhere. 5 months after initial lease we received our first rate increase. Just received our 4th increase in less than 24 months. Went from $175/month to over $400/month in less than 24 months. Gaining access through Bluetooth in the app rarely works. Additionally, after we found mold slots on some items, we were notified of a mold problem throughout the facility due to a climate control failure. If cost and quality is important, go elsewhere.
