Amanda assisted me so much during the initial rental process. When I asked if I could change units on my move in day, Zack was super helpful and even took the time to show me a couple of options to make sure I was happy with my final decision. Definitely recommend this location for any northwest Tyler storage needs.

I rented a storage unit here from May 2024 through August 2025. At first the price seemed fair, but they gradually raised it until it was hardly worth what the smallest unit should cost. The customer service was awful—any time I dealt with Amanda, she was rude and had an attitude. When I finally unloaded my belongings, I discovered rats and bugs had gotten into everything, even though all of my items were packed securely in Sterilite plastic totes. I ended up throwing away much of what I owned and essentially having to start over. Between the rising costs, poor service, and severe pest issues, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Went with a friend to look at a unit the manager Daina was extremely nice, professional and informative. She showed us a couple different sizes. She went over prices and everything. I would rent here just for the customer service. It does look like they are trying to get it back up, cleaned up and fixed and my friend did rent her a unit.

Great company! Went in to get a quote and the employee was so knowledgeable about everything. She explained everything that would fit, the prices, and expectations. She was terrific! None better. Only company I'll use. A much for storage!
