Enjoyed my time at the Storage Place. Very nice facility, clean, well lit and the smart entry makes getting in and out a breeze. The management is very attentive and easy to contact and seems genuinely interested in his customers.

I needed to find a storage unit quickly. I ran across The Storage Place and placed a call on a Saturday. They provided a secure link to complete the contract and within 15 mins I had access a clean and secure unit. Their phone app provided access thru the security gates as well as the unit itself (no old time pad lock and keys to keep up with. The property is kept clean and secure at all times. The staff and management was available for any questions I had and the monthly auto pay allowed me to forget about having to send a monthly payment. Great place and good company to work with.

Great experience with The Storage Place! The outdoor units are easy to access, clean, and well-maintained. Staff was super friendly and got me set up quickly. Pricing is fair, and I felt my stuff was safe the whole time. Highly recommend if you need convenient outdoor storage!

Was not happy at all with my experience with them. I was unable to access my unit at the end of the month to get my stuff out because the app was not working. It took several days for management to fix it where I could access my unit and by that time I had to pay another month’s rent before they would give me access. Since I paid for another month, I decided to leave my stuff in there a little bit longer before getting it out, and the same thing happened towards the end of the next month, this time however I refused to pay an additional month I just wanted to get my stuff out, they would not let me have access to the unit to get my stuff out and basically held my stuff hostage for three months demanding payment for all three months, even though I wanted it out months ago, but had no access to get it out. I tried explaining this to management and all they did was argue with me, comparing it to leasing an apartment… except I didn’t have a contract. I told them I’d be more than happy to pay for an overdue amount, but you have to let me get my stuff out and quit charging me and holding my stuff hostage and then making me pay you. This is be the last storage facility I would recommend in town. go to one where you could talk to a real human in person and you don’t get a weird power-hungry manager, who thinks they’re tough on the phone and somehow self righteous… 🤷‍♂️

Stacy at the storage place was amazing and extremely professional. They always will try to get in contact with you and let you know what’s going on. Very nice people in a very clean safe storage place.
