Been using this storage facility for over a year. The place is always clean and it’s easy in and out. The only part that takes some getting used to is, when looking for help you must walk into an empty room and wait for someone to come on the screen in front of you - not a big deal, just different from what I’m used to until today… I had to update credit card info and while I was standing in the empty room, I was surprised to hear someone come in behind me and ask if I needed help. The lady that helped me was extremely kind and she let me know they would now have an actual person onsite, in the office for any needs that may arise. I think that’s great! We look at too many screens these days and human interaction is becoming less and less. It’s nice to walk into a place, be greeted with a smile, and receive some kindness while business is being handled. Much appreciated- great job, GoStore it!

I have used these units for a long time before GoStore It took over, and the process was easy and pleasant. They made it really easy to terminate my old unit and almost effortless to get another rental later on. Very affordable and customer service is fantastic. Thank you!

Contacted Nishanth today regarding a statement that I received that included an October charge for a unit that I am closing (due to the jump in rent). Despite me receiving confirmation from the Property Mgr that he received the notice, no additional information was provided until my phone call today. I had no idea that I have to send a picture of the empty unit along with an online form to officially close it out until Nishanth explained it today. Communication is horrible bless they want to make sure you know the rent is going up by $100. Thank you Nishanth for your help and thorough explanation. Others in this company need to learn from you!

Fast and easy to rent. Have virtual customer service and it works really well
