The unit was clean and so secure!. The process for reservation and confirmation went so smooth. Then after we cleaned it out, we forgot to cancel for a couple of days, and they worked so well with us to ensure we closed the account. I would use this storage option again is needed. Excellent customer service and treatment!

i gave it an extra star because the facility really is nice (minus the 2/3 broken doors) and well-kept. leaving this review now because after 4 months of renting, my rate increased without giving me notice. i’m not making tons of money right now so i’ve been budgeting very carefully and this place threw a wrench into everything and my payment declined. guess its time to sell everything i was storing there so i can eat and buy gas. super not happy guys. also - i am 10000% sure i never received notice. reading reviews from 7 years ago and nothing has changed from then to now. wish i’d read all of them before renting here. also i don’t give a flying crap about “market values” bc we all know that’s a bull excuse to justify scamming your customers. this SUCKS.

The greatest thing to say about this business and the professionals who take care of their customers! I have rented from them for almost 3 years - the space is beautifully kept with a staff who is always ready to help, if needed. Every time I’ve had to contact Extra Space, they are prompt and efficient. I would recommend them x1000 over to anyone!!

The manager at the Farmington location (Krystal) was super helpful explaining all the options and arranging the rental. Very good location, clean and helpful service!

The facility is great and well maintained, this will be my second time renting with this location. I worked with Krystal to set up a unit and she was very friendly and very helpful. This location is a great option.
