Customer service is amazing! They helped me out on Black Friday when everyone else was closed! Only thing I would change is storage access is only from 6am-10pm, this is less than convenient when I need tools from my storage unit for jobs sites that have early morning start times.

Best Storage place in Kaysville! Owner is on site and super helpful, they have moving boxes, units are clean and the lot is well maintained, price is reasonable for the area, and move-in/move-out is simple. Can’t recommend them enough!

Mason is fantastic to work with. Over the two years I had my unit, we spoke multiple times, and it's always easy. The facility is clean. The owner is nice. (Can't remember her name) The unit is affordable. The location is even easier to get to now with the new freeway opening up. I highly recommend.

I was always treated fairly during the time I used Burton. Lane Storage. The units were kept in good repair and the site was always safe for use by patrons. Burton Lane Storage maintained great communication, easy on line payment, and excellent service. I would recommend their facility to anyone who has need of a safe and secure storage site.

MICE INFESTATION! Used Burton Lane Storage for several months to store the majority of my furniture while I was building my home. My unit (and I'm sure all the others in that building) had a serious mice infestation. I did my own measures with mouse traps, checked up on the unit regularly, and consistently replaced the traps but more than $4,000 worth of furniture (couches, arm chairs, canvas pictures, rugs, etc.) was destroyed and unsalvageable. I am aware that storage units are a "store at your own risk" type of situation but dozens and dozens of mice I had to clean up is a health hazard. Burton Lane offered a one-month storage for free in response, which is nice of them, but I didn't feel like having more of my furniture destroyed.
