The girl in the office was amazing and helpful.! Highly recommend prime storage. She walked us around and made sure we’d be happy to rent here. Even better when she tells you about her ALL CHROMED OUT CAR she built by her self. Glad we made the move to prime. Give her a raise

Big shout out to aubrey She's by far one of the sweetest women around. She was very helpful in understanding of my situation. And I feel that she has taken the best appropriate route to correct or help with the situation. She explained everything in good detail. To the point where I didn't even have any questions at the end. If y'all don't believe me, go into the office to talk to aubrey, Rent a unit you won't ever regret it . Best damn employee ever Thank you thank you thank you. I called and talked to a young lady about when I could move into the storage unit smaller and how to do it. She was so amazing, helpful and understanding of the situation. I went into the office and she personally walked me to several units and explained everything to me including when I asked about pest control I told her that I need some help with my current unit and she immediately started finding way to go above and beyond Once again the amazing cst service skill she presents was top of the line.. She showed great customer service, and attitude. #1 Employee/Staff. P.s reposition the AI/ Live agent machine to the other side facing the door. It would stand out better and look more professional

My husband and I have been with them since 2019 or 2020, I can't remember haha. But they have been really good to us and also answered our questions when we had some. Their website is easy to access, which is nice. Sadly we had to move our things out in November this year because we live in price now and have our own house. But other than that they were amazing!

The new manager there sucks. You set up arrangements with her to come pay your for unit ask how much she tells you a price and says she will mark on calendar then you go to pay it and its $150 more then she told you and says there's nothing she can do it's corporate. Which is won't even work with you at all we always pay our unit every two months and now she's managing things there is a extra $150 and there's nothing she can do when it's her that did it. when Virgil was there never had problems I would give a 5 star rating then put now Aubry is there I will be looking for new place to rent.
