This location has been wonderful. Tammy is always super polite and helpful. She was also polite and helpful when I lost my job and had some difficulty making on time payments. She has great communication and is respectful. The location is quiet and clean and the facilities are in excellent condition. I would rent from this location again.

No one answers the phone. No one is at the location. No one calls you back. No one is there to help. They don't accept email. Once you do track down Tavi or whatever her name is, it literally took a month for her to do what should have been 5, maybe 10 business days. Cannot recommend any other storage facility strongly enough.

I’ve been renting for a year and it has been absolutely abysmal. From over paying by hundreds erroneously when we first started because the property manager no showed on our move in day, to customer service calls that hang up on you, to the app and website not working. I’ve been trying to pay my bill for three days (due on the first) but the payments section of the app is empty, the chat bot on the website ends the chat IMMEDIATELY, and resetting the password still does not allow me to log in. I finally make it to a customer service representative that says the property was sold YESTERDAY and that I should have gotten a new email from the new company, EXR (I got not emails, I was still getting emails from public storage about my late bill while he was telling me public storage doesn’t own the storage location). EXR’s phone number says to visit the website then hangs up. Public Storage has frustrated me to actual tears on 5 separate occasions over the last year and I’m losing my mind. DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE

I am revising my review. I was asked to submit a 5 star rating even though the service that has been provided to me thus far has been horrible. My problems started with a call from the property manager Tavi that she needed to change my storage unit because the unit I was alloted was not actually available for me to use as the previous owner had not vacated. Tavi confirmed that the unit size, monthly cost, and promotions I had originally signed up for would be the same. I was told to come in to sign the new documents to which I asked if going in around lunch the next day would work and Tavi said she would be there. I took lunch off from work to drive 30 minutes to the unit and arrived to a locked office. I waited for an additional 15 mins before calling and leaving a voicemail letting them know I had shown up as agreed to and no one was there. It wasn't until 3 days later that I finally got a call back asking me to come in again. After signing the new agreement I found out that my original pricing was not honored and I was getting charged an extra $23/month for my unit. On top of that, they charged me the admin and lock fee a second time. I explained I already paid those fees when I signed my initial contract and Tavi said she would "do her best to get the double charge refunded." When my first month's bill came through, it did not reflect the free month that I was supposed to be getting per the sign up promotion I had, but it did have a credit for the double admin fee. I called Tavi and told her the situation. She stated there was nothing she could do and I would need to contact customer service. I proceeded to call customer service 5 times in 3 weeks, each time needing to explain the situation, and each time being told they were escalating it to the district manager because Public Storage should be honoring the original terms. The district manager finally got back to me a week before the end of the month and let me know he would work with Tavi to correct my bill. My billing was revised a day before payment was due by none other than…Tavi...who originally told me she could not do anything to fix it. This correction was to give me my free month's rent. I thought the issue had finally been resolved but lo and behold the second month's bill came and it was, again, not accurate. The credit for the double admin fee I was given on the first month was removed when they honored the free month promotion. That credit should have been applied the second month, but it was not, and instead of a $23 credit to get me to my originally agreed upon rent I was given only a $20 credit. I once again reached out to all the people I had talked to the previous month. I am still dealing with incorrect charges, missing credits, and unanswered calls. I am now being told that I will incur a late fee for not paying my storage unit rent even though the amount I'm being charged is inaccurate and over an entire month they have not fixed it. I am beyond frustrated and the management at this location has proven to be completely incompetent. Why is it so difficult to revise the amount that I am being charged each month so it reflects the original contract I had? Why has the credit I am due for paying double admin fees still not been added? The bottom line is that this was a mess up on Public Storage's end, to which I am paying for with both my wallet and time. I should not have to pay my rent until my bill is corrected. There is no option pay a partial amount and I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 months now. I should definitely not incur late fees for not paying the higher amount as I know if I overpay I will not be reimbursed because they can't seem to credit me accurately for the other amounts I have overpaid. If management is truly busy dealing with other, larger issues, then please put my billing on hold until you have time to sort this out. It’s incredibly poor service to expect someone to overpay or else incure late fees because you don't/didn't have time to fix your own mistakes.
