Beware! Setup and checkout process was not convenient. I didn’t realize that there was no employee on the premises and tried to find someone when the code they gave did not work. DO NOT knock on the door of what looks like an office on the property. Apparently it is a private dwelling and I was berated by the occupant. After waiting for 20 minutes I was able to get through to someone and get in the facility. Then the code they gave me for the lock was incorrect. Another 20 minutes and I was finally able to get into the storage space. Fast forward to checkout…I cleaned it out last Sunday, the 22nd, and checked out using the QR code posted about the facility. The picture contained the unit number and after submitting, it said someone would be reaching out to confirm. Having a busy week, we overlooked the fact that nobody reached out and realized on Saturday that nothing had happened, and that Sunday the contract would renew. We called, nobody answered. We left a message, nobody responded. I feel like it is not unreasonable that a storage unit is responsive on a Saturday. Today we got charged again. The online process saves them money, and costs your your time and money. Not a great trade off. I would look somewhere else for storage needs.

They honored an online deal I found and the gentleman was very kind on the phone. The roller door is hard to open but a little WD40 will take care of that. The unit is very clean.

Worst storage unit to rent from after one month They increase your payment. But they have it listed online as one price charge You another price when you call to contact a manager They never call you back their automatic payments never come out on time, and then they try to turn around and add fees and everything And then when you move out, they charge an extra $50 for an overlock fee which they never put on my account This is the absolute worst place to deal with 100% would not ever recommend this storage facility to anybody looking.

Worst storage experience of my life. After my first month renting there they increased my price $40 per month without any notification. NO call, NO email, No written communication of any kind. My lease stated my rate was to be $100. Yet 1 month after i started renting from them I was being charged $140. The manager over the facility gave me a refund once and told me someone would contact me about the rate change.. that never happened. Now I've been with them for just over a year and I just noticed last month my rate went up another $20. Again - no notice of any kind. 60% increase in price on my unit in 1 year with no notice?? How is this not criminal?

Matt & Marty are both very professional! They assisted me in getting a spacious storage and even did it on short notice and on the weekend to help me get what I needed done on my 1 day off! & their prices are the cheapest in the area!
