I have a very low opinion of the self storage industry in general, not this business in particular. They all con you in with a low introductory rate and then steadily raise the rate all the while never offering any addition benefits or services. It’s the business model, I get it. The staff was great and always helpful and courteous. 5 stars for Bill and the rest of the staff.
