Prices are great, a lot less expensive. But the reason I rented from this place is because a company is only as honest as those who run it. These people are good honest helpful people!!! I felt like i could trust them, the day I meet them. Now it's not just a feeling , now, I know i can and I do.. I'm glad I rented here. These storage units are Secure, Office is in north salt. Thank you!!

I will let the pictures detail my horrible experience. Someone attempted to break into my motorhome's two entry doors causing damage to both doors while stored in their "secured" fenced lot. See pictures for the two holes in the fence. Robert from Storagequest Management refused to offer any compensation, and told me to file an insurance claim. We also filed a police report.

Baucum was awesome! I showed up late on a Friday after having self-served myself into a too small unit. He showed me photos and descriptions of the different options as well as then showing me the options in person. He was very personable, friendly, and honest. He made me feel that he cared personally. He processed my update quickly and easily. I would recommend working with him! Thanks so much.
