I recently had 3 different storage units at 3 different Extraspace properties. One in Lehi thanksgiving point, one across the street from the Walmart in Saratoga springs and one in Saratoga Springs a mile further down redwood by the Auto Collision place/Equipment rental. Nicolette at the location near Walmart was fantastic so were the other locations but I forget who worked at those locations but believe I reviews them over a year ago when I started the rentals at each. Nicolette postponed her lunch to wait for me to arrive and get everything squared away which saved me an extra trip to the facility. A couple downsides that the local staff have no control over. Originally they allowed you to pay a year in advance to keep the rate that has been dropped to 6 months. Expect the introductory rate to increase in my case it doubled, this is common. The location by the Auto collision shop; I was horrified to open my unit 1003 that faced the field where construction is being conducted. Everything was absolutely covered in a thick layer of silt/fine dirt. I had rented 2 units there about 12 years ago that were not on the exposed side and didn’t have that issue. Customers should be warned that whatever they put in there will come out looking like it sat in a carport on a farm in the dust bowl. The location next to Walmart; it took some effort to get the slide latch into its location because the door/lock was damaged. I believe it was unit 455. They units served their purpose some better than others. Would utilize them again if needed I would navigate around the issues I mentioned if at all possible. 4 stars for the filthy unit that required everything to be cleaned before loading it into the trailer. It was awful.

The people who work at this storage facility are incredibly helpful and they made renting a unit so easy. They also didn’t over charge when I moved out halfway through the month. They prorated the days I would need it and that’s all I had to pay for. I highly recommend this place! 😊

My storage shed was purchased by Extra Space Storage. I had a military discount with the original owners. I asked if they could honor this with the new owners. I was given a 5% discount. The manager was very friendly and helpful. They are much more automated than the previous owners. I look forward to a good relationship with Extra Space Storage.

Great place and price is very good compared to the last place I was using. Nice they have an app to open the gate but I’ve been having some troubles with it. Staff was great when I got the unit so I’m sure they’ll help with the app issue I’m having.
