082 All Purpose Storage - West Chesterfield

I just started renting with All Purpose Storage. I moved across the country, from Central CA to Western NH, and need somewhere to store my things. I moved with U-Haul, using two of their U-boxes, and was able to work with All Purpose to have the U-boxes delivered to the storage facility. However, U-Haul is unable to pick the U-boxes up the same day that they deliver them and will have to leave them on site for two days. I expected this to be a big issue, but the customer service representative I spoke to, Magnolia, went above and beyond in relaying my situation to management, going so far as requesting photos of the U-boxes for me to show management (two of them take up roughly the same space as a single parking spot). Magnolia relayed my situation to management and called me back as soon as possible the next day to let me know that they approved my request! I'm sure this is a case-by-case approval scenario, but it's nice knowing that the storage facility I chose (initially because they're half the price of U-Haul) is adaptable and willing to work with their tenants like this. Great first impression and I'm genuinely excited to be a tenant with All Purpose Storage!

Got to the facility after renting online to realize there's no gate (there used to be and is still an old keypad), no one on location, and no security. The lack of security should be better clarified online.
