I have emailed multiple times to get the major sunken in areas fixed outside my unit and still nothing has been done and it's been months. These areas were created when they ran electrical lines over to the building I am in and never fixed them properly and both areas are outside my unit making it a nightmare to drive over and park in front of my unit. On top of that, they have increased the monthly prices with no increase in value or convenience.

I have an indoor unit and I have had no problems what so ever, since I moved in. You can call, text, or email just about anytime for your questions, concerns or comments. They are very upfront about everything. The employees are very helpful and will take the time to explain things to you so you understand. However, they do not have a restroom on site. It is not wheelchair accessible if you have an indoor unit. If you have a walker, rollator, or canes you will be able to inside to the first floor units.

The price keeps increasing due to “improvements”. All I’ve seen is repainting of the storage doors which doesn’t make a difference to me. Why don’t you fix the huge potholes I have to drive on the grass to avoid and the 2 huge potholes outside my unit where you dug it out to put lights in before you try and increase my monthly dues. I have emailed multiple times about this with NO response.
