Let’s be honest: moving and dealing with storage is usually a nightmare. It is often one of the most stressful, tiring, and confusing tasks we have to deal with - as I was sick while doing so, I really really got this I never do reviews…However, my experience at this Extra Space Storage location left no room for me not to. I owe the incredible dynamic duo at the front desk: Charika and Cheyanne - so very much. From the second I walked through the door, the energy was just so professional and kind. I felt welcomed. I wasn't treated like just another transaction or a contract number; I was treated like a neighbor who needed help. It is so rare these days to find customer service where the staff genuinely cares about their job and the people they are assisting, but these two truly set the standard. Charika was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to listen to my specific situation, patiently answering every single question I had (and I had many!). She didn't just try to upsell me; she acted as a true consultant to ensure I got the perfect unit for my needs. In actuality, it was my first time seeing it as my mother had gotten it while I was so sick. Cheyanne was equally impressive—the definition of efficiency and warmth. She made the administrative side of things seamless, handling the paperwork with a level of professionalism and speed that blew me away, all while maintaining such a bright, kind attitude that it actually put me at ease. I felt so happy. Together, they are a powerhouse team. They turned what I expected to be a frantic, stressful afternoon into a smooth, confident, and actually enjoyable experience. They didn't just provide me with storage space; they provided me with peace of mind. To the Corporate Management at Extra Space Storage: You have absolute gems in Charika and Cheyanne. They are the heartbeat of this facility and the reason I will recommend this location to everyone I know. Please recognize them for their hard work—they deserve it! 10/10. If you need storage, ask for Charika and Cheyanne. You will be in the best hands possible.thank you guys so so so much!!!

My girlfriend needs a place for her stuff because she just learned that she’s not going to be able to live in her apartment after January 15. Charika and Cheyenne were very helpful and even explained to her how to use a complicated tape dispenser. Thank you so much for employing them! They made a really difficult day better for us.

I’ve been using Extra Space Storage on Henry St for 10+ years. The location, cleanliness of the units and the building and the management is 5 stars. Parking is the best!

They're very good at move-in and they coerced me into leaving a positive review. However, they raised my rate by 25% after the first three months. Also, they have a moth infestation.
