I recently moved to the area and needed a place for storage at the last minute. I am so grateful to Mrs. Rhadia for assisting me through the entire process. She went above and beyond in assisting me and I am so grateful that I chose this location. When you think of excellent customer service, she is the standard. If you are located in the area, then I highly recommend you use this location. If her supervisors are reading this review, then please know that you have an outstanding employee that deserves either a raise, bonus, or both! 10/10

I have nothing but great things to say about the manager at this location. My wife and I chose this location based on reviews and a promotional event, and we've had our items in storage for over a year. I don't believe I ever got her name, but based on another recent review I assume the manager's name is Radhia. She helped us get signed up and has been very communicative if there was ever a need to be. Upon the move out process, Radhia provided top notch service even though we were no longer local to Alexandria. She deserves recognition for her customer service!

I moved from another Public Storage facility here in Alexandria to this one due to proximity. I'm very grateful for Ms. Radhia's exceptional customer service, which ensured the transaction and move-in were seamless.

Hard to reserve a unit due to property manager not being at location at random hours, hard to reach anyone over the phone as well. Would recommend other locations such at the one on Pickett street I have used but will not be back here.
