$400 I was charged for two weeks storage. Thanks for “closing” my account on time. Here’s your “climate controlled” storage. It must have been 85-90 degrees inside the unit. AC not working. Door not closing. My boxes were mushy from the humidity. Intercoms don’t work either. I told management about the broken door two weeks ago. I had $500 worth of wine probably spoiled because of this. I was there only two weeks, and they charged me for two months. Failed to close my account like I asked.
