I've called 3 times and asked to speak to a manager without a response. I moved out of my unit on 9/6, called and notified the company on 9/7. When I rented the units, I was told that the payment would be prorated if auto-paid in full, which mine had. When I called to notify the company that the units were empty, they told me there as no pro-rating. I'm not out almost $500 for unused storage space. Then I get notified that 2 of the units will be due again on the following month (after cancelling the service). I've called 3 times to try to speak to someone without any success. Even emailed the feedback email without any reply.
So frustrated and disappointed that every time I come here (save for the first time) the dolly / carts are missing. Today I had to move a bunch of things, and I looked everywhere for a cart - in multiple buildings. Couldn’t find a single one. Nobody else was around, so it’s not like they were being used. There’s also no actual staff on-site, so I couldn't go into an office and ask. They save money by outsourcing their customer service, so the only “staff” is remote through a kiosk. Overall, super frustrating to not be able to efficiently use this unit, and once I (painstakingly) move all of my belongings out, I’m cancelling. Do not recommend.

We have been dealing with this storage company for a long time and they are very very understanding and lenient and do their very very best to help their loyal customers , the property manager Keihi is very helpful and pleasent and kind to work with ! I would recommend this facility ten times over ! Nothing but the best experiences with her and this facility and my unit , and will always recommend to any and everybody who’s looking for a storage facility , thanks again guys ! ( one personal experience I can speak on out of many ! There was a time where the code to the gate did not work and it was a weekend and I was able to send a text to their public office and I was able to get a call almost immediately and was given another code instantly and that problem was resolved fast ! )
New management that took over on March 22, 2024 has horrible customer service. They got rid of live phone service agents and gate access via text message when they took over the facility. They sent tenants spammy emails (that appeared to be fraud) out of the blue asking them to update credit card information on a new website with only a week's notice, violating the rental agreement which says tenants are due 30 days notice of any changes. I was wrongly charged late fees, even though I got confirmation from the prior owner that my autopay was being processed as normal. Even seeing written confirmation of all this, new management says this is somehow all my problem, refuses to show any grace or understanding over their horribly botched announcement of the takeover, and refuses to refund the late payment fees. They couldn't care less about how badly they botched this and are treating a loyal 5-year customer. So now I am moving out and disputing the late fee they forced me to pay with the credit card company. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place at all costs. There reputable self storage options nearby.
