This property has serious pest issues, including rodents and stink bugs.😬 I rented here two years, and when I first entered my unit, I found mouse droppings and urine on many of my belongings. There was also a significant stink bug infestation inside the unit. I contacted corporate, and they offered one month of free rent to compensate for the inconvenience and for having to dispose of my contaminated belongings. After I emptied the unit, I received a check for the rent amount, but the payment was later reversed after I had already cashed it. I followed up again in November regarding the reversal, and to this day I still have not received the money owed to me. Overall, this was a terrible experience due to poor conditions and unprofessional handling of the situation. I would strongly recommend renting elsewhere.

I often rent a Penske truck and use Cubesmart as a pick up/drop off location. Cubesmart staff have been more than helpful with the process. Getting the truck is seamless and quick. The night drop box makes dropping the truck off after hours a breeze.
