A few days ago, I rented a unit at Storage Rentals of America. I worked with a representative by the name of Rita Williams. Rita and I had a very good and lengthy conversation. She told me about a number of things that had been going on in Danville as she is a native. The conversation was very nice and informative and I subsequently rented a unit there. Rita is a very nice person and a great representative of the organization and I’m very glad that I had the opportunity to work with her. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

The customer service is 👍🏼 no issues, Be aware of the contracts, They will increase rates when they see fit, we got a unit in June of 2025 and they have raised the rate twice and we haven’t even been there a whole year, a $50 dollar increase just happened. This makes my bill now $230 from $180.Will look for other means when the contract ends. They said due to inflation, I say robbery 😡
