EDIT: Their response is bogus -- we DID email them and they never responded. Can we give a -1 star review? We're new customers -- after signing a contract they raised the rates SIGNIFICANTLY -- seems a violation of trust and good business practice, no? Beware CubeSmart -- they'll do the same to you and lots of other businesses offer the same thing, without cheating you. No recourse, basically laughed at us when we inquired about it.

We rented a space there late summer 2025. We just received a notice (mid-October 2025) they are increasing our rent by $30 per month. This was surprising, as we were hardly into our contract. I asked them for the reason for the increase. The reason: "The computer algorithm said you would pay more... despite your having just joined at a lower agreed price, the fine print of our contracts allows us to do it... so why wouldn't we?" They ignored my request for them to honor the price we entered the contract under -- not even the courtesy to respond. Don't use this company, they'll cheat you like they did us. Edit: I wrote to the email address they gave me in their response, amd never received an answer. What a way to run a business.

Dreaming of sailing

This place is a dump. They claim it's climate-controlled, but in the summer, it was hot in there. In November and December, it was as cold as outside. Numerous times I have been there, a HVAC person was working on it, and it was still not fixed. A family member of mine got stuck in the elevator, and it was hard to reach someone because there was never anyone in the office. To add to it, I vacated the unit a few hours late, and they charged me an additional 30 days. When asked, the guy at the front desk said, “I can't promise anything, but you have to call later.” They never answer the phone on site. It's always an answering service. Would not recommend this place.

Great location, cleanliness, and security! Excellent customer service and information shared. Only problem was the temperature control @ 55 degrees. Year round.
