Customer service was excellent. I had an opportunity to view several storage units in the facility. I was able to rent a unit that was very easy to access from the side door. The entire facility was well organized...having access to the rest room in the storage area is a real bonus. Setting up my rental was easy. Working with the employees were very informative and efficient. Very pleasant experience.

Most of my experience has been with Brenda, who has gone out of her way to ensure my experience here is positive.
