Absolute garbage. The elevator is broken frequently. My monthly rent increased from $21 to $51 for space that doesn’t work in less than 9 months.

I am giving five stars for Eugene. It was very helpful, calm and patient. He did not rush. Me. He understood what I was asking for. Please give him a Good review. The only thing I will complain about is that you should definitely let customers know via a message Or on the website, for this location for the elevator when it is not functioning, esp. in winter ! It is the worst experience to come all the way to this area and not have a working elevator when you’re on the second floor!! Thank you
