Off to a bad start. The website makes it seem like you can do everything you need to do without human involvement. This is not the case. The make you come to the office during business hours where even during business hours no one was there to recieve and help me. Theres a ring cam you can press thats supposed to get you helped, it goes to voicemail. So your tjere with your vehicle loaded to the brim with stuff to put into your new unit and your sitting there looking silly. When finally getting a person on the phone she semed to think i was supposed to be able to read the be back later sign on the door on the website or from my house. If somewhere it was mentioned that the office attendant takes a lunch break at 130pm i wouldnt have come. The email says ANY time during business hours up until close at 530 on saturday. I need this stuff in storage im leaving down and they arent open on sunday. Be prepared to have a half hour of your time subtracted off of your life while you wait. Had i know all this i would have rented elsewhere. The reviews seemed positive. If my experience improves i will update this review. So far im regretting the decision though. I hope to be suprised when i go back
