Shannon & Bonnie at London Bridge are terrific!!! They keep the facility in tip-top shape, are always friendly, courteous and provide outstanding customer service. MyStorage is the cleanest storage place I have ever rented at, with well lit hallways & units, pest control & much appreciated carts to move stuff from vehicle to your unit. Top praises go to this storage facility and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for top tier. 🙂

Recently I relocated to the Virginia Beach area and discovered MY STORAGE, off London Bridge Road, and I have to say that this location is clean, professionally managed and probably the best value in Virginia Beach, Va. My Storage off of London Bridge is the absolute best!! The Best Customer Service! They are extremely friendly, responsive, and caring. In my tough times, they have been able to help me figure some things out with my storage unit! Every time I forget about my bill, whether I call or text their line they are there quick to help me out! I would recommend the My Storage off of London Bridge in Virginia Beach, VA to anyone and everyone I know!!

Updated review: my job just switched to a new payroll system so my check was delayed by two business days. I was short on funds for my bill and missed a call the day of the due date to inform me that the payment had failed. I was unable to call back until after hours and was unable to make the payment until the following day (today). The ladies at the office were so kind and flexible, letting me know that the second attempt had been successful and reassured that no changes had been made to my account or auto-pay settings. I have never been treated unkindly or unfairly, and the communication, assistance, and overall customer service always goes above and beyond! Forever grateful to work with such wonderful staff that demonstrate true care and concern for customers!
