Had won an auction here. First time at this facility. Was very helpful on the phone and very welcoming in person. Had no problem giving me a clear out extension due to bad weather. Very clean, friendly, group of guys. Lukas, Justin, Wesley keep up the good spirit! The facility could use a little upgrading especially the units, but that goes way above what these three gentleman call the shots on.

I’m a new user to storage facilities and want to say how kind and professional the gentleman at Storage-Mart on Dam Neck Rd. in Virginia Beach have been. A concern during my first month was quickly addressed and resolved without issue. Later needing more space, Wesley and Justin were more than willing and extremely helpful in explaining and assisting me with the transition to a bigger unit. I drove to the office so I could see the physical size of a few units. Wesley and the other gentleman working today were sooo helpful. They explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. I had been searching online and was a bit apprehensive. They clarified everything for me and made the process of leasing super smooth. I am happy they were working today! Oh, and when touring the facility, I could tell that it was secure and safe. Clean and well maintained as well. I am happy that I chose StorageMart.

I have had a fantastic experience renting unit 724 at the Storage Mart on 3212 Dam Neck Road in Virginia Beach Virginia. The facility is consistently clean, well maintained, and secure, which gives me great peace of mind. Getting in and out is always easy, the drive up access is a huge plus for loading and unloading. What truly sets this location apart is the staff. They are incredibly professional, friendly, and always go the extra mile to provide top-notch service.
