Clean facility. Well maintained. I spoke to Lukas at the office and he was super polite and very helpful with all my questions. Lukas was able to provide me with lots of great advice on how to consolidate my storage spaces and save money every month. Very friendly staff. 10/10! Ask for Lukas he’s the man for your storage needs.

Signing up was really quick and easy. The facility is in excellent condition, and the customer service is great. I’ve had a really good experience with Storage Mart.

I have had my storage unit there since 2016. I never had an issue the entire time. Lukas at the office in Kempsville location worked very hard to help get me a refund on my unit.I cleared it out and was unaware of the two weeks notice has to be given . So I called him, he contacted his manager to see if we can work something out and he certainly did.Thank you for all of your hard work yesterday! You are awesome! Brandy N.

When you need a storage unit, it usually means some sort of life transition, for most, which is never easy or comfortable.
