First time getting a unit and Christine was absolutely amazing! I thought to read everything prior to showing up just assuming there'd just be a rush to get me to sign and pay. But Christine informed me of all the clauses, big points, gave me the pamphlet with the insurance information and was kind enough to walk me to my unit and ensure I know how to put in the codes, lock/unlock and the hours of access. Incredible help! It's a shame she told me it was her last day when I saw her! She made the one errand in my day and truly kind and genuine experience
