She really helped us out and greatly appreciate her detail in explaining fees, what to do at the old unit and what to do at the new one. I’m a first timer to rent a space in Public Storage. Special thanks to Corey and Jeanette for helping me get the right fit unit despite several door design confusions caused changes. Both of them are very patient and responsive. All of questions and issues I had brought up fixed one by one cohesively. If you have tons of questions or problems, don’t afraid of asking them nicely and everything will be figured out!!! I really appreciate and you guys keep it up!!!
